Libby Manion's educational journey has given her a range of experience from PreK - higher education in both the public and independent school network. Additionally, she has experience in working with international schools. The breadth of her experience includes exceptional teaching strategies, positive school and classroom discipline strategies, program innovation, and leadership development. She currently serves as Middle School Principal at Legacy Christian Academy in Andover, Minnesota. She is also the Co-Founder of RefineEDU, an educational consultancy consortium which specializes in tailored professional development experiences for public, charter, independent, and faith-based schools. Libby holds a B.A. from Cornerstone University and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from St. Mary's University. She lives in St. Paul, MN with her husband.
